My 6 Day Cleanse: What does it entail?
This cleanse / detox is based on the Ayurvedic principles of LSP, Laghu Shankhya Prakshalana
It is personalised, includes lots of tips and it really works!
Our digestive tracts accumulate various inflammatory triggers over the warmer summer period.
The Autumn detox focuses on a thorough colon cleanse coupled with strengthening the integrity of the mucus membrane throughout the body especially targeting the gastro, urinary and vaginal tracts.
Day 1 is all about the preparation followed by Day 2-5 of the personalised cleanse / detox.
This smoothly culminates into Day 6 of the post-detox Rejuvenation.

"Drink 1 glass of Takra daily for 1 week post detox ( after day 6 )"
Day 6 onwards:
Consume light foods for another 4-5 days
Attempt to maintain a realistic daily routine to suit around your normal schedule
Loosely follow your food guidelines (strict adherence may not be required unless specifically advised)
Gradually introduce eggs, chicken, paneer, curry, toast, steamed spinach, zucchini, artichokes, shiitake mushrooms, natural yoghurt and seasonal fruits
Gradually introduce larger portions of protein especially during lunch
Snack on soaked and peeled almonds, dates, raisins, walnuts, pistachio nuts, pine nuts, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds
Until the Spring Detox
